At DAA Media Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for a service purchased from us. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for service refunds in accordance with UAE laws to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties involved.
1. Refund Eligibility
- The service has not been fully rendered or completed.
- The refund request is made within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days from the date of purchase or before the service is provided, whichever comes first.
- The service is not subject to specific terms or conditions that state otherwise, such as non‑refundable deposits or cancellation fees.
2. Cooling‑off Period (Consumer Distance Contracts)
If you purchase our services, you may cancel the order within seven (7) calendar days of payment provided the service work has not yet begun. We will refund 100 % of any fees paid, less non‑refundable third‑party costs (see Section 6).
3. Cancellation and Refund Process
If you wish to cancel a service and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible at info@daamediasolutions.ae. We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days. Approval or rejection will follow within five (5) business days after we have all required information.
4. Partial Refunds
If a service has been partially rendered or completed, we may offer partial refunds based on the portion of the service that has not yet been provided. The refund amount will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into consideration the work completed and any expenses or costs incurred.
5. Non‑refundable Services and Costs
- Third‑party media spend (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks.
- Custom development, design or localisation work that has already been delivered.
- Services requiring extensive upfront investment or personalised work that has been completed or substantially provided.
- Non‑refundable deposits or retainers unless DAA cancels the engagement.
6. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of approval. If that is not technically possible (e.g., expired card), we will request your bank IBAN in writing.
7. Exceptions
There may be exceptions or variations to this Refund Policy for specific services or circumstances. Any such exceptions or variations will be clearly communicated to you prior to purchase or set out in the service agreement. Any exception or custom cancellation term agreed in your service contract overrides this policy for that specific engagement.
